Install the app
From your TV's app store, search for and install "Smart IPTV" (SIPTV) or "SS IPTV".

Note your MAC address
Open the app — it displays a unique MAC address on screen. Write it down or take a photo.

Send us your MAC address
Message your MAC address to us on WhatsApp along with your order details.

Wait for activation
We upload your M3U playlist to that MAC address, usually within a few minutes.

Restart the app
Close and reopen Smart IPTV / SS IPTV on your TV — your full channel list and EPG will load automatically.
Troubleshooting
No MAC address shown in the app
Some free trial versions of Smart IPTV require a small one-time activation fee to unlock MAC-based loading — SS IPTV is a free alternative.
Channel list is empty after activation
Make sure you sent the exact MAC address shown in the app itself, not your TV's network settings MAC, and confirm with us that activation is complete.
Picture quality looks lower than expected
Check your TV's picture mode isn't overriding resolution, and confirm your internet speed supports the stream tier you're watching.
