Step-by-step setup

Find your MAC address
On a MAG box it's usually printed on a sticker on the underside; on Enigma2 it's under the network settings menu.

Send it to us
Message your MAC address to us on WhatsApp along with your order details.

We configure the portal
We add your device to our portal and send back the portal URL to enter on your box.

Enter the portal URL
On a MAG box: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals, then paste the URL. On Enigma2, add it in your IPTV plugin's server settings.

Reboot and stream
Restart the box — your channel list loads automatically from the portal.
Troubleshooting
Box shows "no channels available"
Confirm the portal URL was entered exactly and that your MAC address was added correctly on our side — message us to double-check.
Box freezes on boot
A conflicting old portal entry can cause this — remove any previous IPTV portal URLs before adding the new one.
Enigma2 plugin doesn't show a server option
You may need an IPTV plugin such as OpenWebif or an Xtream Codes plugin installed first — ask us for the recommended plugin for your receiver model.
